I waited almost a full month before reviewing this product because I wanted to see whether my sleep quality improved over time with Yesnap MAGICRELAX Calming Sparking Mix. An honest answer is that on the colder days over this winter it's still really a struggle for me to fall asleep! The days on which it has not been so brutal have been just fine. Now usually, even when it's cold, I love a good cold drink to unwind throughout the day. So when the Yesnap MAGICRELAX Calming Sparking Mix arrived I mixed it right in with my current assortment of carbonated drinks! I stir perhaps about half a packet in and drink it as I go on about my day. It mixes in well and doesn't leave residue. I can drink another packet before bedtime and it's even tastier with the full packet added to a bottle of my fave carbonated drink! Yesnap MAGICRELAX Calming Sparking Mix has a sweet berry flavour that is a bit different from other mixes I've tried. It adds just enough of an extra flavour and pep that you feel the ingredients are working. I'm happy I used Yesnap MAGICRELAX Calming Sparking Mix and some calming routines during this time and feel it's a five-star quality product.

First of all, delicious! Taste like strawberries lemonade without being too sweet. It relaxes me and I'm able to fall asleep within a few minutes of getting in bed and sleep all night. I gave it to my husband to try and it helped him a lot. He gets jittery legs sometimes and has trouble falling asleep and staying asleep, this drink has worked wonders for him. He likes it thick, so he puts only 1/2 cup of water and still dissolves very easy. I use a full cup. This package is a great value because of the high quality ingredients abd how well we are sleeping. I also like the packaging, the single servings for traveling. Very convenient. Really recommend.

I’m a big beverage person, always like to try the new flavors and the new brands. Admittedly I consume far too much caffeine and have been trying to increase my magnesium intake to make up for it but can never remember to take a vitamin. Naturally when I saw this I was super excited to be able to try a tasty beverage that would help me consume more magnesium. I was also happy to see that it had ashwaghanda in it as that’s one of my favorite vitamins I’ve ever taken and had done wonders for feeling better throughout the day. These packets disolve easily into any bottle of water, tho personally I prefer to use half a packet per bottle to dilute the taste a bit (and also encourage me to drink additional water). The flavor is raspberry lemonade but the taste reminder me of fruity pebbles, definitely enjoyable to drink and will make your morning better and your energy last longer.

So my wife has been taking this she was taking magnesium in ashwagandha separately with pills before and just replace those with this she said it works pretty good she's been sleeping well after taking it she likes the taste kind of reminds me of a low cal citrus soda that's a little bit flat I think it's okay wouldn't bother me to drink it. They did a good job putting their mix together it's got lots of magnesium it's got a decent amount of ashwagonda especially if you take it twice a day as recommended healthyanine and vitamin D3 are also pretty good I'm unfamiliar with saffron extract and GABA and what amounts would be good with them but they're in there as well. I like that they were smart enough not to use magnesium oxide if you're on a keto diet or watching your calories you typically don't need anything to help make you run to the bathroom. She puts one packet in around 10 oz of water the recommended size is about eight it dissolves nearly instantly. It's a pretty big package it has 30 packets in it which would be a month supply if you just take it once before bed like she's been doing or if you take it the recommended amount I guess it would be 2 weeks. She's never noticed any side effects like upset stomach or that it made her burp a lot or anything like that All in all great product we are very happy with it.
